SHAKLEE IDOL: CLEVELAND PUBLIC AUDITORIUM
In 2015, Rodney and his wife Chyrell showcased their musical talents in front of a massive crowd of 10,000 people at the Shaklee Global Conference in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. The competition, named “Shaklee Idol,” featured six contestants from both the USA and Canada, with Rodney and Chyrell being the only Canadian performers. They gave a stunning performance of “Go the Distance” and emerged as the clear winner of the competition.
STAR SPANGLED BANNER: CEASAR’S PALACE, LAS VEGAS
In a stirring opening performance at the 2018 Shaklee Global Conference in Las Vegas, Rodney and Chyrell delivered a powerful rendition of the Star Spangled Banner before a crowd of 7,000 attendees. Not only did their performance emotionally move the audience, but it also made history as the first time Canadians had been selected to perform the U.S. national anthem at the Shaklee conference. Their unforgettable rendition set the tone for the rest of the conference, leaving a lasting impression on all who were fortunate enough to be there.
SHAKLEE IDOL: MGM GRAND GARDEN ARENA, LAS VEGAS
In 2012, the MGM Grand Garden Arena was home to the highly anticipated Shaklee Idol concert for the Shaklee Global Conference. Among the six hand-selected, talented performers were Rodney and Chyrell, the first Canadian duo and performers in the event’s history to take the stage alongside their American counterparts. In front of a crowd of 10,000 attendees from around the world, Rodney and Chyrell captivated the audience with their moving rendition of “The Prayer.” Their performance was a true testament to the power of music to bring people together from all corners of the globe.
